Autumn is a special season on the fertile, scenic coast around Half Moon Bay. The entire Coastside area bursts into a brilliant sea of orange. And  it buzzes with excitement and activity at the Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Festival.

Celebrate the bounty and beauty of the fall harvest. And enjoy breath-taking views of seaside farm country dotted with vast, rolling fields of orange, scarecrows, barns, and pick-your-own pumpkin patches.

Bring the family for a day of fun events including: music, family entertainment, battle of the bands, Farmer Mike the carving expert, pie eating contests, haunted barn, giant pumpkin photos, a costume contest, and of course the pumpkin patches.

Festival highlights include: harvest-inspired crafts, local artists and musicians, world’s biggest pumpkin sculpture, and fabulous home-style food and drink.
