Jade Sichuan Peanut Sauce
The recipe originates in the Sichuan province in China where chilies and bold seasonings reign. Its flavor also bears resemblance to satay sauces from Southeast Asia. Pour this spicy-hot, sweet-tart, nutty sauce over salad greens, hot cooked vegetables, rice, noodles, or meats, poultry, seafood, or tofu.

Mekong Ginger Sauce
Countries along the mighty Mekong River (China, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam) use fresh ginger daily to add pungency to their food. Bring the flavor of the Mekong to your table with this spicy, sweet-tart, silky textured sauce. Pour on salads, stir-fries, tofu, seafood, and meats. And use it as a marinade and glaze—it’s wonderful on baby back pork ribs. Offer as a delicious dipping sauce for chicken wings, meatballs, sausages, and spring rolls.

Sesame Soy Marinade
This soy marinade is styled after a Korean classic. More richly flavored than teriyaki, it adds complex flavor to grilled meats, poultry, and tofu. Marinate them in the aromatic sauce, then barbecue, broil, or bake. And you can use it every day as a seasoning sauce for stir-fried meats and vegetables. Mix with oil and vinegar for a salad dressing. It is also excellent as a dipping sauce for grilled, steamed, roasted, or fried meat, poultry, and seafood. Drizzle over steamed broccoli, asparagus, or bok choy.
