LimonanaThis slushy, Israeli lemonade is the perfect hot weather drink. It is simple to make, and you’ll get raves from your guests. No, it is not a cocktail, but could definitely be considered a mocktail.

1 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup mint leaves, loosely packed
4 tablespoons superfine sugar
3 cups ice cubes
2-4 fresh mint sprigs for garnishing

Add all the ingredients to a blender, and process at high speed. When the ice is crushed, the limonana is ready. Adjust sweetness to your liking, but take care not to over sweeten—the natural flavors should be strong.

Pour into tall glasses and garnish with whole mint sprigs. Serve immediately.
