Primavera TamalesWe love the tamales that owner Karen Taylor has been hand-crafting for more than 28 years. It was as a chef at a Sonoma Mexican restaurant that she learned about the flavors of authentic regional Mexican food, and she became a regular at Farmers’ Markets in Berkeley and San Francisco.

In addition to tamales, Primavera makes Stone Ground Organic Corn Tortillas, salsas, guacamole and burritos.

Some of our favorite tamale flavors include White Corn, Zucchini, Salsa and Jack Cheese; Black Bean Bonanza and Jack Cheese; Butternut Squash w/ Green Chile; and Pumpkin White Cheddar.

Our advice: don’t limit yourself; sample them all to determine your own favorite.
