SF MOMA opens anew on May 14th

SF MOMASan Francisoc is joining in to celebrate SFMOMA’s opening, including a ribbon-cutting ceremony—and neighborhood institutions are opening their doors to the public free of charge.

Tickets for museum entry on May 14 are sold out, but you can purchase tickets online for May 15 through summer 2016.

Ribbon Cutting and Neighborhood Celebration
8:30 AM–10 AM: Ribbon-cutting ceremony at SFMOMA
10 AM: Neighborhood museums begin opening to the public.
Noon–5:30 PM: Yerba Buena Gardens Festival programming
Noon–2 PM: Mexican Museum/Precita Eyes mural activation in Jessie Square
1–5 PM: Root Division and Youth Arts Exchange student showcase and performance
