This small-batch bourbon is aged in charred oak barrels, and emerges smooth and flavorful. It has an intense nose of caramel, oak, dried fruits and cocoa with faint vanilla and tobacco spice. The palate is equally bold. Rich, rounded and smooth. A complex citrus, cinnamon and cocoa lead to a warm warm satisfying tail.

Though this is an excellent sipping whiskey, it also makes a fantastic Mint Julep.
