Back to the Garden

Back to the GardenLocal gardening resources.
It appears the victory garden has made a popular resurgence during this time of COVID-19. And, now is the perfect time of year for planting a vegetable garden. As so many of us are spending much of our time at home this is a great project to boost our morale as well as enjoy some amazing fresh produce. We also now know that soil microbes not only improve the nutritional content of our food but they also help regulate our emotions and immune response.

So, get out there and get your hands dirty from digging in the garden—whether you are gathering a bunch of containers for your balcony, double-digging some raised beds, or plowing up the back 40.
