The 2024 Temescal Street Fair, the District’s longest-running street festival, is taking place this Saturday along Telegraph Avenue in the Temescal District. This is an admission-free, family-friendly event. All are welcome!

You will find live music on three stages, great food from popular Temescal eateries and mobile food vendors, craft beer, and scores of artisans at this free annual Festival! The district is easily accessible via bike & transit—only 5 blocks from MacArthur BART!

Festival Highlights
If you like local music, dancing, diverse and unique vendors, and food, visit the 2024 Temescal Street Fair. There is a great lineup planned so come join the fun!

Music and entertainment
The multicultural lineup of artists is from all over the Bay Area. Enjoy music throughout the entirety of the fair at three stages.

Main Stage
Live performances by Kev Choice, Los Bahianatos, Cardboard People, Namorados da Lua, Merhawi Tewelde, and DJ BlackWoman, hosted by Ms. Candi.

Hip Hop TV Stage
Live performances by Samba Funk, MacArthur Maze, Davey-D, DJ CPO, and more!

Dance Stage
Hosted by TURFInc with amazing acts throughout the day. They’ll have a dance competition featuring 16 dancers to crown the king of TURFInc, and a classic car showcase.

Children and Family Area
At 2 PM, treasured Bay Area children’s performer Emily Butterfly will share her magically unique forms of puppetry, storytelling, and song followed by bubbles, face painting and magic courtesy of Nikki Borodi.

Food
Temescal is known as a foodie destination, and this Saturday will be no different. Try the diverse and unique cuisine of Temescal. Many restaurants like Hawking Bird, Burdell, Smokin Woods, Burma Bites, and Bird & Buffalo will be outside serving bites and will have additional outdoor seating. Keith Lee-approved Chef Green, Jollof Kitchen, Pineapple WHIPS, and Tante’s Catering will also be set up on Telegraph during the festival for even more fantastic food options to enjoy.

Vendors
The Temescal Street Fair is the destination for unique artisans! In addition to the many Telegraph businesses that’ll be open, we’ll have over 40 vendors set up on Telegraph. Tap into some of Oakland’s best small businesses for gifts, home goods, apparel, and more!
