Last Chance to Order Your Thanksgiving TurkeyTurkey Reheating Instructions

  1. Remove the turkey from the refrigerator two hours before reheating.
  2. Preheat the oven to 325º F.
  3. Leave the turkey in its foil wrapper and place it in a roasting pan.
  4. Reheat the turkey until the internal temperature reaches 150º F.
  5. Remove the foil for the final 20 minutes.

Approximate Reheating Times

8 to 10 pounds, 45 minutes
10 to 12 pounds, 1 hour
12 to 14 pounds, 1 hour 15 minutes
16 to 18 pounds, 1 hour 30 minutes
18 to 20 pounds, 1 our 45 minutes
20 to 24 pounds, 2 hours
Over 24 pounds, 2 hours 15 minutes

All turkeys that are carved average 30 to 45 minutes reheating time.

Reheating times are approximate, rely on your thermometer reheating to 150º F.
