11th Annual Northern California Pirate Festival

11th Annual Northern California Pirate FestivalThe Northern California Pirate Festival returns for another year of piratical mischief and raucous good times with Sea Shanties, Thundering Cannons, Juggling Dare Devils, and Historic Pirates.

The Pirate Festival is the playground of music fans, living history re-enactors and foodies enjoying micro brews and fresh fish and chips. And, children are invited to join in for cannon battles, costume contests, and treasure hunts. This year, the Northern California Pirate Festival offers a treasure trove of entertainment and activities for younger pirates. Including Mermaids, Pirate Bounce Houses, Sword Fighting Lessons, Pirate Schoole, and the Zipline of Insanity. Links to  kids-specific activities can be found here.

The festival continues overtime into the evening for the 18 and up crowd. The Buccaneers Bash is an all adult pirate-themed party with good drink and better companie. The Bash was originally  a nighttime party held by the festival for the cast, crew and many fantastic volunteers who made the event possible. Now, this after-hours extravaganza has evolved into a party for everyone who wanted to stay later into the night and party like pirates in an *ahem* slightly more “Adult Atmosphere!”
