Bob’s Red Mill Museli

Bob's Red Mill MuesliWe are turning to some healthy breakfast options in the new year, and Bob’s Red Mill Muesli is at the top of our list. Bob’s Red Mill Muesli is unprocessed and has less sugar than granola. The end result is a highly-nutritious cereal centered on whole grains that’s addictively tasty!

We consider muesli a jumping-off point. Enjoy it cold like cereal with milk, hot like oatmeal, or the traditional Swiss way—mixed with yogurt and grated apple and soaked in the refrigerator overnight. Pour coconut milk over the flakes for a non-dairy breakfast, or add goji berries for extra antioxidants. You can also add peanut butter for extra protein, or top it with a mixture of maple syrup, honey or coconut oil.

And, muesli isn’t just for breakfast—you can eat these grains out of the bag as a snack or bake it up in cookies and quick breads.

For optimum freshness, store Bob’s Red Mill Museli an airtight container.

We have these three varieties of Bob’s Red Mill Muesli in the store.
Old Country Style Muesli is a traditional European-inspired cereal made from a blend of whole grain wheat, rolled oats, raisins, almonds, and walnuts.

Gluten Free Muesli is inspired by the traditional Swiss cereal developed by Dr. Maximilian Bircher-Benner. Like traditional Bircher muesli, this tasty blend of gluten-free oats, brown rice crisps, raisins, dried apples and cranberries, sunflower seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and coconut flakes can be enjoyed for breakfast in many ways.

Paleo Muesli is a grain-free cereal or snack featuring coconut, real berries, nuts, and seeds. Now those on a grain-free diet can enjoy a satisfying bowl of cereal, without the grains. The basis of our Paleo Muesli is unsweetened, un-sulphured coconut flakes tossed with real fruit: blueberries, cranberries, currants, and strawberries as well as macadamia nuts, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.

Because there are no grains, we don’t recommend trying this muesli hot, so pour milk or cream over it, enjoy it in yogurt, or eat it straight-up by the handful. Of course, this grain-free product is also processed it in Bob’s dedicated gluten-free facility and is safe for celiacs!
