Champignon Mushroom Triple Cream Cheese

Champignon MushroomMushroom lovers will enjoy Champignon Mushroom soft-ripened cheese.
There is something said about that extra bit of creaminess of a triple-cream. The champignon mushrooms, also called white or button mushrooms, are hand-picked in Germany at the optimum time to ensure the best flavor.

Champignon means “mushroom” in German, and Champignon Mushroom is fresh and mild with a buttery, earthy flavor. And it is vegetarian. The cheese is made from pasteurized cow’s milk exclusively from the Allgäu region of the Bavarian high Alps in Germany. And, it is free of gluten and rBGH.

Champignon Mushroom is delightful when spread on a slab of warm artisan bread or a nice buttery cracker. Let it sit at room temperature for an hour and it will open the mushroom flavor to perfection. Try pairing it with white wines or even a red.
