One might say that the smack talk is getting heavy downstairs. Our departments are feeling a touch of competition around this Saturday’s cook-off. This is a good thing. It means there is commitment to cooking up some awesome chili.  

Our Piedmont Grocery family is rich with multi-cultural influence. Saturday’s chili recipes promise to offer some interesting international twists, and faithfully represent our departments. (Imagine the manly-meaty fair our butchers will cook up, or what delicious libations Wine and Spirits are planning to imbibe their broth with.)  Exciting!

The Details:
Sat­urday July 13 th from 11 AM to 2 PM

Our parking lot will simmer in deli­cious spici­ness. Pied­mont Gro­cery will be hosting a chili cook-​​off, and you, our cus­tomers, are the judges. Your vote will enter you to win a Cook-​​Off prize.

Depart­ments will com­pete using their top-​​secret chili recipes. We will pass out sam­ples, and our cus­tomers will vote on their favorite chili.

Each vote will enter you in a drawing to win a prize.
1st Prize: Gourmet chili kit including a $100 gift cer­tifi­cate
2nd Prize: $100 gift cer­tifi­cate
3rd Prize: $50 gift certificate
