Fresh, house-made Chorizo is now available in our Meat Department!

Chorizo is a chile-garlic flavored sausage much loved in Mexico and the American Southwest. It’s signature flavor adds an authentic Mexican taste to many dishes—a little goes a long way.

Try it for breakfast sautéed chorizo in your scrambled eggs, or potatoes. It is great in burritos, tacos, quesadillas and mac and cheese. Add a little to your chili sauce, stew, frittata, and even corn bread.
