For the past 33 years, it has been our pleasure to have Dave Howland at the front of our store working to make sure that our day to day business runs smoothly.

Through earthquakes, economic swings, weddings, kids and numerous events, Dave has always been there ready to lend an ear,a different opinion, a shoulder to cry on, and a willingness to get the job done. This is Dave’s last week at Piedmont Grocery before he retires. While are happy for him and we wish him well in his new life of leisure, we also know that both Dave and his smile will be greatly missed by customers and all of us here at Piedmont Grocery.

The store will close early on Thursday, September 25th at 6 PM for Dave’s retirement celebration. So, pick up your groceries early!
