A light, refreshing blonde ale. Subtle malt sweetness is balanced by a touch of hops, creating a versatile beer with a clean finish. The aroma is sweet and clean with a touch of citrus and floral hops. Sweet malt and even a whiff of banana and pear. The flavor is malt-focused with bready malt upfront. Moderate sweetness morphs into slight bitterness. A bit more floral hops and more lemon and orange fruity esters join the mix. Dry finish that ends quickly without any lingering bitterness. Refreshing.
