Bay Area composers Suzanne Ciani and Pauline Oliveros are central to Lisa Rovner’s exuberant Sisters with Transistors which The Arts Desk’s Owen Richards calls “a long-overdue tribute to the women that broke barriers in music, technology, and society as a whole.”
