In honor of the birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr., National Park Service sites will have free admission for everyone on Monday, January 15th, as the first fee-free day of the year.

The fee waiver includes entrance fees, commercial tour fees, and transportation entrance fees. Other fees such as reservation, camping, tours, concession—and fees collected by third parties are not included unless stated otherwise.

And, save the date for other Free National Parks Days in 2024.

April 20: National Park Week
June 19: Juneteenth National Independence Day
August 4: Anniversary of the Great American Outdoors Act
September 28: National Public Lands Day
November 11: Veterans Day
