In the exhibit, Glow: Discover the Art of Light, six artists illuminate Pier 15 with light sculptures big and small. They invite you to connect and get inspired in their glow.

Now through January 29th, explore the galleries for captivating new light art by Anila Quayyum Agha, Craig Newswanger, and Sally Weber and returning favorites by Luke Jerram and Burt Libe.

In Bechtel Gallery 3, splash in waves of light with The Last Ocean, Jen Lewin’s monumental, luminescent landscape created from recycled ocean plastics. Experiment with color, shadows, and more in the Seeing and Reflections gallery. And join in for sparkling adult and family programs.

About the Exploratorium
The Exploratorium is a gateway to exploring science, art, and human perception. It is a place to let your curiosity roam through more than 600 interactive exhibits, many focused on noticing and observation, in six spacious indoor and outdoor galleries. They also have a one-of-a-kind store and dining in a beautiful San Francisco bayside location.

And, if you want to experience the Exploratorium in an adult-only setting, Thursday nights are great for date night or with a group of friends. They are open on Thursday evenings for ages 18+ from 6 to 10 PM.

Tuesday through Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM
Sunday Noon to 5 PM (open at 10 AM for members)
Closed on Monday except on select days

Glow: Discover the Art of Light will be on display through January 29th.
