Resurrect is relatively new to the Avenue. They specialize in handcrafted apparel, local goods, and fair trade wearables. They feature over 75+ artists and designers from Oakland and beyond.

Stranded Records

If you are (or someone on your gift list is) into vinyl, you have got to pay a visit to this record store. It has an excellent and diverse selection of new and used, rare and unusual records. And they are producing and promoting live music as well as in-store performances.

They are stylistically across the board, carrying jazz, international, folk and country, a lot of rock, and punk. Their owners are associated with the record label Superior Viaduct.
