We’re sure you’ll love this week’s recipe for the Jalisco Flower. It’s a sunny Sunday sipper or your ticket to relaxation after a long day. Sweet & smokey with a fizz that carries the grapefruit all the way to the end.

Jalisco Flower
Recipe adapted from Copa D’oro in Santa Monica, CA.

1 ounce Fresh Ruby Grapefruit Juice
3/4 ounce St. Germain Liqueur
1/2 ounce Reposado Tequila
Ice to fill shaker
4 ounces chilled Prosecco

In a shaker, combine the grapefruit juice, St. Germain & Tequila.
Fill the shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled glass. Stir in the Prosecco.
