La Panzanella Artisanal Foods

La Panzanella Croccatini CrackersMakers of the amazing Croccantini: a uniquely crunchy and delicious cracker.

Sometimes a cracker can just be a cracker, so yummy that it does not need to be dipped, coated, or topped. La Panzanella’s Croccantini…serve them “as is” and let your guests just break them up.

Founded in 1990, La Panzanella quickly grew into one of the most popular bakeries in Seattle’s Capital Hill area. Although La Panzanella bakers created all kinds of artisanal breads, their greatest success came in 1997 with the Croccantini, which means “crunchy little bite” in Italian.

Made with all natural ingredients, Croccantini crackers are an ideal snack food, the perfect addition to any appetizer, and a great complement to cheeses, spreads, and dips. Croccantini crackers are low in fat, and come in a fun variety of flavors: black pepper, fennel, garlic, onion, original, rosemary, sesame, tomato oregano, and whole wheat.

Find out more about them on the La Panzanella website.
