This cocktail only gets poured every four years, so make certain your glass is nearby. The Leap Year Cocktail originated with Harry Craddock, the bartender at the famous Savoy Hotel in London, in 1928.

Leap Year Cocktail
Yields 1 cocktail

Ingredients
2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
1/2 ounce Sweet Vermouth
1/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
Lemon spiral for the garnish

Directions
Combine all ingredients (except the garnish) in a shaker with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
