Broiled Lobster with Cream
Here is a decadent dish from a French restaurant in Brittany. It is impressive, yet so simple to prepare at home. You can adjust it for any number of lobster tails you are preparing.

Ingredients
lobster tails
heavy cream (about 1/2 cup)
salt and black pepper to taste

Directions
Place lobster tails in an ovenproof pan or baking sheet. With sharp kitchen shears, carefully cut the top side of lobster shells lengthwise.

Pull apart shells slightly, and pour cream into the tail. Season with salt and pepper.

Grill under a hot broiler until brown and bubbling, and lobster meat is opaque.
