Mendocino Mustard is hand-prepared in Northern California since 1977. The unique flavor of Hot & Sweet makes for an oh-so-versatile condiment. The heat is assertive and the flavor robust—what a delicious touch for some great food.

And, here are two recipes from their website that are worth a try.

Hot & Sweet Mustard Vinaigrette
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup vegetable oil
1 green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Mendocino Mustard Hot & Sweet
Salt and pepper to taste

Whisk all the ingredients together in a medium bowl.

Deviled Eggs with Hot & Sweet Mustard
8 eggs, hard cooked
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Mendocino Mustard Hot & Sweet

Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and arrange the whites on a serving plate. In a bowl, mash the yolks with the mayonnaise, Hot & Sweet Mustard, salt, and pepper to taste. Neatly spoon mixture into the whites.

Cover and chill the eggs for one hour. Sprinkle with paprika and serve chilled.
