Patio Punch

Patio PunchA perfect brunch drink, especially if you are eating outdoors. This makes a large pitcher of Patio Punch. So, it is great for when company is coming.

Patio Punch
1 750 ml. bottle bourbon
1/2 oz. orange bitters
1/4 oz. orange flower water
2 1/2 quarts boiling water
4 cups granulated sugar
6 Earl Grey teabags
2 mint teabags
Fresh lime juice, as needed (1/2 ounce per glass)

Combine the boiling water, Earl Grey and Mint teas with the sugar.

Stir and let steep for about 10 minutes. Remove the tea bags, and let the mixture cool to room temperature. Add all the remaining ingredients except the lime juice, and refrigerate.

For each serving, pour 6 ounces of Patio Punch into an ice-filled tumbler, and add 1/2 ounce of fresh lime juice.

Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, lemon and lime slices.
