It is actually possible to have an amazing, hot cherry pie come out of the oven in time for dessert on a work night. With the help of a jar of Dundee Tart Cherry Pie filling and frozen Uppercrust pie crust, the prep time takes only minutes. Just roll out the crust, and use the jar of filling. If you want a top crust on your pie, purchase two shells and roll the second one out for the top. The pie shells are also available in a wheat-free, gluten-free variety.
