Piedmont Avenue Halloween Parade and Celebration

Piedmont Pumpkin PatchHalloween is a blast on Piedmont Avenue.

Come by this Saturday for a day of Halloween festivities. Don’t forget to drop by the store and pick up some Halloween treats, will be giving out candy to trick-or-treaters.

Schedule of Events
Saturday, October 31st

9:45 AM: Free Cartoon Show at the Landmark Cinema.

10 AM: Special Story Time for the Very Young at the Piedmont Avenue Branch Library.

11 AM: Costume Parade begins at Piedmont Avenue and Montell Street—led by our bagpiper and Grand Marshals Dave Larson of Piedmont Grocery and Los Carnales/ La Familia Motorcycle Club.

After the Parade: Trick or Treating at shops displaying “Candy Station” signs.

12 Noon to 3 PM: Mountain View Cemetery’s Annual Pumpkin Patch Meadow, featuring Pumpkins and Halloween bags to decorate, five large jumpers, balloon artists and face painting, animal show and live band, plus a variety of food trucks and carts.

12:20 PM: Pet Costume Contest at Pet Food Express Parking Lot

11 AM to 2 PM: Halloween Fair at Avenue Elementary School—with their Haunted Hallway.

9 AM to 8 PM: Pretty Scary Haunted House at the Piedmont Avenue Pumpkin Patch.

Entertainment

11:30 AM to 1:30 PM: MacClain & Cole at Piedmont Plaza (Linda Avenue).

Noon to 2 PM: Asheba Calypso folklore and music at the Pumpkin Patch.

11 AM to 2 PM: Jim Steinke guitar and mandolin at 3871 Piedmont Ave.
