During the warm summer months of May through August, local bands play along the Avenue. Musicians will be performing from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at Piedmont Plaza (Piedmont & Linda) and Key Route Plaza (Piedmont & 41st Ave.).

Performing at Piedmont Plaza: MacClain & Cole, an award winning songwriting duo from Oakland and performing at Key Route Plaza is Emeryville Taiko, traditional Japanese drumming ensemble. Read more about the bands

The Piedmont Avenue Stroll is a neighborhood event that happens every third Thursday of the month. It’s fun for our community, gives you an opportunity to visit new shops and restaurants, and support local artists. Late night entertainment can be found in restaurants, salons, retail stores, and other shops.
