Rosemary and Maple Bourbon Sour

Rosemary and Maple Bourbon SourFresh rosemary, maple, and bourbon make a delicious trio in the spin on the sour. A simple recipe using seasonal ingredients makes for a refreshingly bright cocktail.

Rosemary and Maple Bourbon Sour

Ingredients
1-1/2 ounces of bourbon
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/3 to 1/2 ounce maple syrup (to taste)
1 small sprig fresh rosemary
lemon wedge to garnish

Directions
Bruise the rosemary between by smacking it between the palm of your hands. Then place in shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with the rosemary sprig and a lemon wedge.
