Blue Door Beads

Offers a wide range of beads, findings, tools, and supplies including unique found materials (such as watch parts, vintage fishing lures, and radio resistors). They also carry handmade gifts.

Blue Door Beads is open 6 days a week for curbside pickup. You can either email them an order or stop by and they are happy to shop for you. Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Email info@bluedoorbeads.com for pre-order.

J. Miller Flowers and Gifts

Their flowers are always fresh and the arrangements are beautiful. They also carry candies and chocolates, balloons, wreaths and plants.

J Miller is open and accepting orders via their website and phone. They provide no contact delivery services and you can also make an appointment for a pick-up at the store.

Maple Street Denim
4266 Piedmont Ave
This locally-owned fashion shop specializes in everything denim. They offer quality staples for your wardrobe with their wide range of denim for both men and women. The difference in quality is remarkable, and your clothes will feel better and last much longer. Plus, the owners really know denim and can help you get the best fit possible.

Maple Street Denim has begun reopening to the public—slowly and cautiously. They are letting people into a limited part of the shop beginning June 20, during their limited curbside pickup hours from Wednesday through Saturday from 12 to 4 PM. Dressing rooms will remain closed to the public, but private fitting appointments begin July 9, with expanded hours.

Nathan & Co

This is a favorite store to drop in and browse for gifts for all occasions. They have a great selection of unique home decor plus everything from kitchen items to gag gifts to dog collars and greeting cards. Plus they have amazing gift-wrapping skills (for a reasonable price, too).

Nathan & Co. is offering no contact curbside pickup and a $7 flat rate shipping fee for orders over $75. Free shipping on cards and jewelry using the coupon code ShopLight at checkout.

Piedmont Yarn

Purchase your materials for crocheting, knitting, felting, and spinning projects. Their staff is creative and tremendously experienced—a fantastic resource. 

Piedmont Yarn is now open for in-store shopping and curbside pickup is still available. Check out their website for virtual knit and crochet circles. Store hours: Monday-Wednesday, 11 AM to 3 PM; Thursday, 3 to 7 PM; Friday, 11 AM to 7 PM; Saturday, 11 AM to 3 PM; Sunday, closed.

Resurrect

Resurrect specializes in handcrafted apparel, local goods, and fair trade wearables. They feature over 75+ artists and designers from Oakland and beyond.
