Summer Rum Punch

Summer Rum PunchIf you are planning to entertain, our Summer Rum Punch is perfect for a party. This drink is pretty, tart and tangy with a lovely flavor.

And, it is good any time of year. Just adjust the garnishes to match the season. (Float apples and cranberries in the fall, more citrus in the winter, berries in the spring…)

Summer Rum Punch
Yields 16 1-cup servings

1 750 ml. bottle Bacardi Superior Rum
31 ounces cranberry juice
32 ounces chilled, Bundaberg Ginger Beer
8 ounces orange juice
1 ounce lime juice
1 1/2 ounces lemon juice

In a large container, combine rum and fruit juices and chill.
Just before serving, pour the mixture into a large punch bowl. Add ice. Then slowly and gently stir in chilled ginger ale.

Garnish by floating citrus, fresh pineapple, and seasonal fruit slices on top.
