The Flannel Cocktail

There is a hint of fall in the air, and it’s getting to be time to dig out our flannels. So, while we are at it, we can change from the light and fruity flavors of summer cocktails into something warmer, darker, and with deeper flavors. The Flannel Cocktail will help to drive away the chill like a favorite flannel shirt.

One essential ingredient is allspice dram. This is a seasonal offering in our store. We have it on the shelves, so you may want to grab a bottle while it is available.

Other important ingredients are cognac, apple cider syrup, and a splash of orange for brightness.
