The Mudslide

You can try our variation called a Frozen Mudslide which is great for dessert and similar to a milkshake and made in the blender with vanilla ice cream.

The Mudslide Recipe
Yields 1 cocktail

Ingredients
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce coffee liqueur such as Kahlua (2 Tablespoons)
1-1/2 ounces Irish cream such as Baileys (2 Tablespoons)
1-1/2 ounces heavy cream
Shaved chocolate and/or chocolate sauce for the garnish

Directions
Starting on the bottom inside surface of the cocktail glass, carefully draw a spiral with chocolate sauce up the sides.

Place the vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker. Add 2 handfuls of ice and shake until cold. Strain the drink into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with shaved chocolate.

The Frozen Mudslide
Yields 1 cocktail

Ingredients
1 ounce
vodka
1 ounce coffee liqueur such as Kahlua (2 Tablespoons)
1-1/2 ounces Irish cream such as Baileys (2 Tablespoons)
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup ice
Shaved chocolate and/or chocolate sauce for the garnish

Directions
Starting on the bottom inside surface of the cocktail glass, carefully draw a spiral with chocolate sauce up the sides.

Place the vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, vanilla ice cream, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass.

Garnish with shaved chocolate.
