Piedmont Grocery is joining in to help create a world free of MS. Participate in the walk, support those who are walking, or donate at our checkout stands in the store.

The Oakland event takes place on April 20th at 9 AM on Lake Merritt. Check in is at 8 AM, and the length of the walk is either 5 k or 1 mile.

When you participate in Walk MS, the funds you give hope to the more than 7,000 people living with MS in our community. Support life-changing programs and cutting-edge research. Walking since 1988 and have raised more than $10 million dollars to help support people living with MS.

MS is an unpredictable and often disabling disease of the central nervous system which interrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and body. It is also a time for our community to inspire others to join our movement to find a cure for the disease that impacts over 2.1 million people worldwide.
