The Emeryville Art Exhibition is a juried group show that features more than 150 pieces of artwork by 96 Emeryville artists. The exhibition is open to artists of all media and includes paintings, sculpture, photographs, prints, ceramics, textiles, and glasswork, along with a special site-specific dance performance with a poetry workshop and reading.

The East Bay enclave of Emeryville is well known for its active and diverse arts community and this exhibition serves as the city’s annual celebration of its thriving collective creativity. Each year a panel of Bay Area art professionals selects the pieces for the annual exhibition. The result is a carefully curated group show offering a sampling of the vast and varied works of local artists and craftspeople.

The Emeryville Art Exhibition is sponsored by Emeryville Celebration of the Arts, Inc.. Independent curator and exhibition designer Kathleen Hanna is curator and juror. The other 2022 jurors are Kimberley Acebo Arteche, Co-Director, Berkeley Art Center, and Emebet Korn, Founder/Director of Desta Gallery, Mill Valley.
