Celebrate the onset of the Spring season with fresh, local asparagus. We love it prepared so many different ways: from simply steaming and serving with sea salt and butter, to roasting, grilling, in soups, potato salads, and in Asian dishes. Pencil-thin or thick green stalks, choose spears with closed tips and firm-looking stems.

The local growing season ends around June, so fill up your basket and enjoy!
