Fall Colors Cocktail

Fall Colors Cocktail over ice in a collins glass
This easy-to-mix Fall Colors Cocktail is reminiscent of the season with its spicy and floral flavors and golden and orange colors.

It begins with bourbon and elderflower liqueur. The spice comes from ginger beer (not ginger ale) and there is a healthy dose of bitters poured over top for a garnish. You can serve it with the floating bitters for the full-color effect and choose to either stir them in or sip it with the bitters on top.
