And, here is our recipe for Limonana.
This slushy, Israeli lemonade is the perfect drink. It is simple to make, and you’ll get raves from your guests. No, it is not a cocktail, but could definitely be considered a mocktail.

Limonana
Ingredients
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup mint leaves, loosely packed
4 tablespoons superfine sugar
3 cups ice cubes
2-4 fresh mint sprigs for garnishing

Directions
Add all the ingredients to a blender, and process at high speed. When the ice is crushed, the limonana is ready. Adjust sweetness to your liking, but take care not to over-sweeten—the natural flavors should be strong.

Pour into tall glasses and garnish with whole mint sprigs. Serve immediately.
