We have stumbled upon a few and there are still more out there
—but this is a great start. Some of these courses are always free and others are being offered at no-cost in response to the Coronavirus.

The Great Courses is a video-on-demand service that encourages lifelong learning and personal enrichment. With thousands of in-depth videos taught by the world’s greatest professors, you’ll always have something fascinating to learn about.

Right now they are offering a free month of courses when you start a free trial. Listen or watch on your TV, laptop, tablet, and smartphone.

Free online photography classes in April from Nikon
Now through April 30th, all 10 classes available at the Nikon School can be streamed for free. The classes are normally priced anywhere between $15 to $50 each.

Each class is taught by a professional photographer and provides in-depth lessons to help you get better at taking photos. Some courses cover Nikon-specific products, but many of them teach you the fundamentals of photography.

Plus, there are several websites that always offer free, online university-level classes from top educational institutions. With some, you can even work towards a certificate or a degree.
