This summer series, now in its second year, brings local vendors to the plaza and supports businesses in the surrounding area by drawing in passersby and people who work downtown.

Frank H. Ogawa Plaza is located in downtown Oakland, It is situated in the heart of the city and serves as the main public square and civic center of Oakland. 14th Street bounds the plaza to the south, Clay Street to the north, Broadway to the east, and San Pablo Avenue to the west. It is a central gathering place for downtown Oakland community events, festivals, and various activities.
