A little Southern flavor
Pappy’s Pimiento Cheese Spread is hands-down both a staff and customer favorite. It tastes great when spread on crackers or sliced baguette. And, it’s really good when melted on sliced sourdough. It can also be used for grilled cheese sandwiches, as a spread for crackers, or served alongside your favorite fried green tomatoes.

In many parts of the South, a party doesn’t start until someone brings out the pimento-cheese spread. And, pimento cheese sandwiches are a signature item at the professional golf Masters Tournament.

Folks also serve Pappy’s Pimiento Cheese Spread on celery, on a bagel, scooped onto corn chips, mixed in with mashed yolks for deviled eggs, added to grits, or slathered over hamburgers or hotdogs. Interestingly, it is also a common snack in the Philippines.
