The Pomegranate Moscow Mule is a great drink to serve to your Thanksgiving guests, or bring the ingredients along to prepare for your host. It’s light, refreshing, and features a favorite winter fruit.

The Moscow Mule is traditionally served in a copper mug. But, go ahead and use a glass if that’s what you have—it will show off the pretty pink blush of the cocktail.

Pomegranate Moscow Mule Cocktail
Yields 4 cocktails

Ingredients
1/2 cup POM pomegranate juice
1 cup vodka
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 bottles Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
Lime wedges
4 rosemary sprigs

Directions
Combine pomegranate juice, vodka, and lime juice in a pitcher. Fill 4 copper Moscow Mule mugs halfway with ice, and pour in pomegranate mixture.

Top each drink with ginger beer and garnish with pomegranate seeds, a lime wedge, and sprig of rosemary.
