Spring forward! Daylight Saving Time begins tonight. We all lose a little sleep this weekend—we turn the clocks ahead one hour at 2 AM on Saturday. The good news is that spring is right around the corner.

Next week our mornings will be a little darker, but the evenings will have noticeably more sunlight. So, once we recover from sleep loss this weekend, perhaps we’ll get the chance to spend more time outdoors enjoying the extra evening light.

So, pour yourself an extra cuppa on Sunday morning and try to squeeze in a little extra sleep before Monday morning!
