The Botanic Garden Cocktail

The Botanic GardenIt looks like the weather is finally shifting towards springtime—and we are celebrating with this delicious cocktail featuring St. George Bontanivore Gin and Saint Germain. The combination of these two saints makes for a tasty and nuanced cocktail that is both floral and herbal, like a botanic garden.

Saint Germain Liqueur is made from the small, white elderflower that blooms in late spring. It is bright with warm floral notes. And, it livens up a cocktail with sweet and aromatic flavors that hint of pear and lychee.

St. George Spirit’s Botanivore Gin is comprised of 19 different botanicals. Think of a meadow in bloom—herbaceous, fresh, and elegant. With bright citrus, subtle floral notes, earth, and spice, Botanivore Gin it is amazing in this recipe adapted from the St. George website.
