Gin, citrus, and elderflower combine to create this refreshing cocktail. The Graduate is perfect for this time of year—regardless of who might, or might not, be graduating.

We recommend using two saints—St. Germain for the Elderflower liqueur, and St. George for the Gin. You can play with the proportions to get the exact balance of sweetness to citrus that best suits your taste.

The Graduate
Ingredients
2 ounces of St. George Terroir Gin
Splash St. Germain Liqueur
Dash lemon juice
Dash lime juice
Splash club soda
Lemon or lime zest, for garnish

Directions
Fill a shaker with ice and pour gin overtop. Add the St. Germain, lemon juice, and lime juice. Top off with club soda.

Give it a quick shake, pour into a martini glass, and garnish with a lemon or lime zest.
