Tiramisu Cocktail

The Tiramisu Cocktail Recipe

Yields one cocktail

1 1⁄2 ounce cold espresso
3⁄4 ounce coffee liqueur
3⁄4 ounce sweet Marsala
1⁄2 ounce white crème de cacao
1⁄2 ounce simple syrup (1:1)
1 teaspoon mascarpone
2 dashes chocolate bitters (we recommend Scrappy’s)

Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously with ice. Double-strain the liquid into a chilled martini glass and garnish with grated dark chocolate.
