Don't Forget to Set Your ClocksDaylight Saving Time begins Saturday night—so spring forward!
And, maybe pour yourself an extra cuppa joe in the morning because we lose an hour of sleep! We turn the clocks ahead one hour at 2 AM on Saturday for Daylight Saving Time. The good news is that spring is right around the corner.

Next week our mornings will be a little darker, but the evenings will have noticeably more sunlight. So, once we recover from sleep loss this weekend, perhaps we’ll get the chance to spend more time outdoors enjoying the extra evening light.

So, don’t forget to set your clocks and try to squeeze in a little extra sleep before Monday morning!
