El Jefe
Yields 1 cocktail

Ingredients
Ice
1-1/2 ounces mezcal
1/2 ounce passion fruit nectar
2 ounces chilled Fever Tree Gingerale
1/2 ounce grenadine

Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the mezcal and passion fruit nectar and shake well.

Strain the cocktail into an ice-filled highball glass. Stir in the chilled ginger beer. Slowly pour the grenadine into the glass over the back of a spoon or by drizzling it down the side of the glass, allowing it to settle at the bottom.
