Here are a few of our favorite Hanukkah recipes.

Latkes
You simply can’t do Hanukkah without latkes. And, we are planning to make our favorite latke recipe again this year. This recipe produces golden-brown potatoes in about 30 minutes. They pair perfectly with either sour cream or applesauce. We prefer using Yukon Gold potatoes and yellow onion.

Little Latke Cups
What better way to get the best of everything than making your latkes in the shape of little cups so that you get all the goodness all at once? Brilliant, right?

And if you don’t usually celebrate Hanukkah, we strongly recommend you adopt a few new annual traditions!

Jelly Doughnuts
And, we always recommend baking…because nothing is more delicious than homemade jelly doughnuts. And jelly doughnuts are necessary for a happy Hanukkah!
